JTA had the privilege of working alongside David Chipperfield Architects, Michael Anastassiades and Acorn Restorations on the refurbishment of the communal parts of this 1930's residential block. A pared down, and yet luxurious palette of materials was developed to create a warm, welcoming but grand reception and circulation areas.
