Chepstow Place

JTA were brought in for the complete refurbishment of existing four storey terraced house in Notting Hill.  The works included, digging out of existing basement to increase head heights and digging out of garden generally and also formation of rear light well to improve access and relationship between lower ground floor and garden. 

Lower ground floor was opened up to form large kitchen/family room and existing conservatory was replaced with contemporary glass box.
